According to the Prime Minister of Lithuania, the issue of the Vilnius connection to the project will be addressed in the meeting of Prime Ministers of the Baltic States in February. Before then, according to Mr. Butkevičiaus, the issues of the creation of a joint enterprise need to be resolved, and if they cannot be, then they must be moved to the political level.
