Lithuanian Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevičius thinks that the Prosecution Service of the Republic of Lithuania should immediately start the legal process regarding the leak of information from the State Security Department.
He also said that if the person who made that information public was identified, consideration of this question should be finished as soon as possible, and, in this case, there would no longer be any speculation or discussion. According to him, this would also make it easier for some public institutions to do their work.
The Prime Minister added that currently the issue that should be considered is not the content of the memo, but rather that such a memo was leaked at all.
