According to Russia's foreign minister, Russia is trying to completely simplify transit to Kaliningrad via Lithuania, but Lithuania is a complicated partner and does not always take the wise position on the matter, as well as on the issue of a high-speed train. According to the Minister, Lithuania wants to guarantee that possible illegal immigrants will not jump out of the train and hide themselves somewhere in the forests of the country. Moscow would like a more constructive response to their offers.
