The investigation group working on the January the 13th case announced at the Lithuanian general prosecutor's office that currently European arrest warrants for suspects in the January the 13th case are being finalized. It is expected that the case will reach the court this year. There are 79 suspects in the case. All of them are Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian citizens. Belarus has refused to comply with requests for legal assistance, and no answers have been received from Russia. According to prosecutors, Russia refuses to cooperate because of differences in legal regulations and, in addition, from the legal point, Russia looks at the events differently.
