This evening in the Riga Art Theater Marius Ivaškevičius's piece Banishment will have its Latvian premiere, and it is considered the main focus of this theater season. The play, whose theme is close to many eastern and central European citizens, first took root in the neighboring country. For Mr. Koršunovas, who has directed many performances throughout Europe, this is the first play he has directed in Latvia.
