And so he thinks the country cannot forgo the idea of reducing the number of civil servants, and asserts that it will surely be done. At the moment, according to Prime Minister Butkevičiaus, the first step has already been completed in which information was collected on how many budgetary and public institutions under ministries there are and what functions they perform, and some bills are already prepared, according to which certain institutions will be merged as soon as next year.
