The Central Electoral Commission granted the initiative group of the referendum on the ban of sale of land in Lithuania to foreigners the opportunity to correct minor flaws in the signatures within fifteen days. Initiative group member Julius Panka told ekspertai.eu that the group would do everything possible to bring about the miracle of correcting the signatures. However, he continued that if they are not corrected because the Central Electoral Commission has failed to show benevolence and made rules and set a methodology so that only a miracle can help to correct them in time, then the group will not rule out pursuing the matter in court.
