Allegations regarding leaking a secret memo from the State Security Department have been made

The Lithuanian Parliament has gotten information that the Vilnius Board of the Special Investigation Service, which is carrying out a pretrial investigation regarding unauthorized disclosure of a State Security Department memo and abuse of power, has in fact determined the person responsible, and the General Prosecutor's Office has brought allegations against the civil servant who they say intentionally leaked the secret memo.
