Lithuanian actress and director Birute Mar has won a prestigious award at the Fujairah International Monodrama Festival

Lithuanian national drama theater actress Birute Mar has been awarded the first Valery Khazanov Monodrama Award at the sixth Fujairah International Monodrama Festival in the United Arab Emirates being held from January 20 th to the 28th. The award was established by the International Theater Institute's International Monodrama Forum (IMF) and was inspired by the memory of Russian theater critic and festival organizer Valery Khazanov and includes a monetary prize of five thousand euro.
